Příprava drátu pro PVD povlakování je provedena jeho uchycením po 30cm. Návin je tedy v celku, ale v místě mírného ohybu po jeho uchycení, se může z důvodu stínění vyskytnout nepatrná nepokovená část. Drát lze nylonovými kleštěmi narovnat, ale záměrně jsme tento mírný ohyb ponechali právě z důvodu větší pozornosti k možné nedokonalosti pokovení.
Prozatím jsme nenalezli vhodnější řešení přípravy drátu tak, abychom zachovali špičkovou kvalitu a zároveň přijatelnou cenu.
